Week Two Summer Intensive

Join us for week two of summer intensive training! Our focus will be strength training, cardio, and technique. Classes will be held from 5:30pm - 7:30pm. The schedule will be as follows:

Tuesday: Ballet & Stretch / Flexibility

Wednesday: Drop In Masterclasses (included)

Thursday: Acro & Jumps / Turns
