Class Overview
Is your dancer ready to take their dancing to the next level? This 4-week small-group program is designed for dancers ages 9+ who want to build more technique through focused strength and flexibility training. With limited spots available, each dancer receives personalized coaching as they work through skill-building drills to improve their power, control, and range of motion.

Dress Code: Bare feet. Dancers should wear form-fitting attire such as tights and a bodysuit, dancewear like skirts or dresses, or leggings paired with a fitted t-shirt. Jeans and other restrictive clothing are not permitted.

Instructor: Rachel Bowen
Ms. Rachel has been dancing since the age of 2 and has been part of the X-Treme family since she was 8 years old. Over the years, she has trained in various styles, including four years as a break dancer, and joined the competitive team at age 10. Her love for dance has only grown stronger with time. Two seasons ago, Ms. Rachel began teaching and assisting in classes, and she instantly fell in love with creating a fun, safe, and encouraging space for dancers to grow. Nothing makes her happier than seeing her students smiling, having fun, and gaining confidence. Outside of dance, Ms. Rachel enjoys reading, coloring, and keeping up with her schoolwork. She has a passion for working with kids and dreams of becoming a teacher one day - always hoping to be one of her students' favorite instructors!
